TANKII Brand NiAl 95/5 thermal spray wire is a nickel aluminium alloy characterized by dense coating,high temperature oxidation resistance, heat shock resistance and scratch resistance.This wire has stable chemical composition, low oxgen and high bonding strength.

Common size: 1.6mm 2.0mm 3.2mm or as clients required.

Typical applications for NiAl 95/5 (TAFA 75B)are widely used in arc and flange flame spray systems, Coatings to resist heat and prevent scaling of conventional low alloy steels,Bond coats for improving the adhesion of top coatings,Coatings on moulds in the glass industry.

NiCrTi/45CT/Metco 8500 thermal spray wire is a Nickel/Chrome/Titanium wire developed specifically for boiler applications. This second generation material replaces 06BXP and produces coatings which are extremely resistant to corrosive vanadium and sulfur gases in boiler atmospheres.

Typical Uses and Applications of tafa 45CT thermal spray wire:
This material has proven very effective in providing long term protection to boiler tubes against high temperature sulfidation. The wrought material is highly resistant to sulfur/vanadium atmospheres up to 1800°F. Wrought material of this type has shown a 2 mil per year corrosion rate over a nine year period when used in the super heater section of boilers. Coatings of 45CT wire applied to boiler tubes have shown virtually no loss of thickness or spalling after 24 months of service (as of this writing).

TANKII 420 stainless steel wire, specifically designed for arc spray processes. 420 SS forms a dense, well bonded coating, with excellent wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. It is widely used for machine elements repair, dimensional restoration, and wear resistant application. 420 SS's low shrink rate characteristics allows for increased coating thickness on parts requiring heavier coatings.

Mechanical Properties of 420 SS thermal spray wire

Product Introduction:
316 stainless steel wire specifically designed for arc spraying. It produces a dense, well-bonded coating with excellent machinability and wear and corrosion resistance. 316 SS is widely used for machine element repair, dimensional restoration and wear resistance applications. It has high shrink characteristics and should not be used for coatings over 0.075 inched thick.

Thermal spraying with zinc wire was 99.99%, when the atmospheric conditions is not in serious corrosion (such as dry weather), can reduce the the purity to 99.95%.Zinc has good plasticity, can draw wire material, used for wire arc spraying and flame spraying.When in the flame spraying, purity of zinc in the process of spraying generally will not change.

The surface of the zinc wire is smooth and bright, no broken wires, no greasy dirty and burrs, no scratches and scars, no jam in the process of use.
