Off-hand grinding is typical application. Cylindrical, taper, and chamfer grinding. Broaches, chasers, etc., with form-trued periphery.

Mostly used in bench grinder. We have different kinds of abrasives for mild steel, HHS tool steel, cast iron, malleable iron, non-ferrous metal and tungsten carbide respectively.

Surface grinding with straight and recessed wheels on machines with a rotary or reciprocating table results in larger contact area than in cylindrical grinding. Therefore, it is necessary to apply softer grade, particular when large diameter or wide wheels are used.

In centerless grinding, the workpiece is supported underneath by a workrest which lies between feed and grinding wheels. The workpiece is pushed against the grinding wheel, which grinds at normal speed, by a fee wheel.

Saw grinding wheels are primarily used for shaping and re-sharpening of various type of saws, principally in the timber and woodworking industries as well as saw manufacturers. 

The non-reinforced cut-off wheels are specially designed and produced under specific methods to meet the precision requirements of each different application. They can be used in either dry or wet cutting. Overall, the sharp, efficient and precise cutting capabilities allow perfect finish.

Flexible wheels, with moderate flexibility, are used for light grinding, and finishing of steel and beveling glass or marble edges.

We have A, WA, C three kinds of abrasives for steel, stainless steel and concrete respectively. And grade P to S for free cut to long life requirements.

There are two kinds of abrasives for this product. AA is for finishing welded seam, car body and steel plate, etc.
CC is for de-rusting, coating, baked enamel, casting on stone, concrete, wood, glass, FRP, etc.

These wheels are used for off-hand application in foundries, steel mills, metal working, stone industries, tool and die industries.
