Squid Ink Powder, the most prominent ingredient brought to the market by Welfare Food under the trademark Black Hut, was researched and developed jointly with the Food Bioprocess Engineering Laboratory at the University of Maryland. Known in traditional Chinese medicine as an effective antidote to cardiovascular discomforts, Squid Ink Powder has been demonstrated by modern medical research to be antioxidative, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antitumor, while capable of alleviating digestive issues and serving as a rich source of micronutrients.
